Kevin Schnupp

C - UMass

Kevin has distinguished himself as one of the best defensive catchers in the region, combining advanced mobility with explosive output. This past offseason (2023-2024), Kevin embarked on a mission to recover from an injury while returning an unrecognizable hitter. His dedication was unwavering, often waking up at 4 am to ice bathe before 6 am practice, training hard in the afternoon, and hitting again at night. Kevin's willingness to trade short-term comfort and approval for lasting progress is exceptional. Seeing him win the Silver Slugger Award and lift his team to the playoffs via a walk-off grand slam were proud and unsurprising moments. Kevin's blend of determination and charisma will draw teammates to him for years. He will enter UMass as a freshman in the fall of 2024.

Robbie Mascia

C - Canes National, Commack HS

Since meeting Robbie Mascia in 2021, he has consistently been a standout player, ranking among PG's top national hitters and excelling as a national-level catcher. Remarkably, as an 8th grader in 2024, he was one of Long Island’s best varsity catchers, leading his Commack team to a Long Island Championship and his summer team to national competitions. While Robbie's accolades are impressive, his makeup and leadership qualities truly set him apart. These attributes ensure he will positively influence baseball for years to come.

Charlie West

LHP - UCONN

Charlie West exemplifies professionalism. Meticulous and disciplined from a young age, Charlie sought physical development after Covid canceled his freshman season. Despite our lack of in-person training, and proper equipment, Charlie's innate drive and attention to detail led to significant progress. His consistent efforts during this challenging time set him on a positive trajectory, outperforming peers and earning the title of Suffolk County’s top pitcher. Now at UCONN, a school known for its competitive rigor, Charlie's journey continues to inspire.

Sienna Erker

C - Massapequa

A three-sport athlete, Sienna Erker began working with me in 2022 to elevate her catching skills. Her willingness to challenge herself, make mistakes, laugh them off, and learn has driven her impressive athletic success. Sienna's humility and genuine concern for her teammates was evident in an interview following a game-winning Little League World Series hit. With cameras on her, she focused more on praising her teammates than commenting on her success. Sienna’s talent, humility, and team-first mentality promise a bright future in athletics.
